A man was sick and tired of going to work every day while his wife stayed home. He wanted her to see what he went through so he prayed:
"Dear Lor, I go to work every day and put in 8 hours while my wife merely stays at home. I want her to know what I go through, so please allow her body to switch with mine for a day. Amen.”
God, in his infinite wisdom, granted the man's wish. The next morning, sure enough, the man awoke as a woman. He arose, cooked breakfast for his mate,
awakened the kids,
set out their school clothes,
fed them breakfast,
packed their lunches,
drove them to school, and stopped at the bank to make a deposit.
Then he went grocery shopping, drove home to put away the groceries.
Paid the bills and balanced the checkbook.
Then it was already 1 P.M. and he hurried to make the beds, do the laundry, vacuum, dust, and sweep and mop the kitchen floor. Drove to the school to pick up the kids and got into an argument with them on the way home.
Set out milk and cookies and got the kids organized to do their homework.
Then set up the ironing board and watched TV while he did the ironing.
At 4:30 he began peeling potatoes and washing vegetables for salad,
breaded the chops and snapped fresh beans for dinner.
After dinner, he cleaned the kitchen,
ran the dishwasher,
folded laundry,
bathed the kids,
and put them to bed.
At 9 P.M. he was exhausted and, though his daily chores weren't finished, he went to bed where he was expected to make love, which he managed to get through without complaint.
The next morning, he awoke and immediately knelt by the bed and said,
"Lord, I don't know what I was thinking. I was so wrong to envy my wife's being able to stay home all day. Please, oh please, let us trade back."
The Lord, in his infinite wisdom, replied, "My son, I feel you have learned your lesson and I will be happy to change things back to the way they were. You'll just have to wait nine months, though. You got pregnant last night."

ERTI PERSAHABATAN
Erti persahabatan tak pernah lupus dalam jiwa, meskipun nilai-nilainya pudar dibawa arus masa. Dalam dunia ini, kita tidak punya sesiapa kecuali diri sendiri...tetapi dalam kita bersendiri, kita beruntung kerana mempunyai seorang sahabat yang memahami kita. Sebagaimana kita mengharapkan keikhlasan dan kejujuran seorang sahabat, begitu juga dia.
Tetapi kita sering terlupa akan hal itu. Kita cuma mengambil kira tentang harapan dan perasaan kita. Kita rasa dikhianati bila dia tidak menepati janjinya. Kita tidak memberi dia peluang untuk menerangkan keadaannya. Bagi kita, itu alasannya untuk menutup kesilapan dan membela diri. Kita terlupa, kita juga pernah membiarkan dia ternanti-nanti...kerana kita juga ada janji yang tidak ditepati. Kita beri beribu alasan, 'memaksa' dia menerima alasan kita.
Waktu itu, terfikirkah kita tentang perasaannya? Seperti, dia juga tahu rasa kecewa...tetapi kita sering terlupa. Untungnya mempunyai seorang kawan yang sentiasa di sisi kita pada waktu kita memerlukan dia. Dia mendengar luahan perasaan kita, segala rasa kecewa dan ketakutan, harapan dan impian kita luahkan, dia memberi jalan sebagai laluan penyelesaian masalah. Ikhlaskah kita mendengar tentang kejayaan dan berita gembiranya? Mampukah kita menjadi sumber kekuatannya seperti mana dia meniup semangat setiap kali kita merasa kecewa dan menyerah kalah? Dapatkah kita yakinkan dia bahawa kita boleh dipercayai, kita boleh dijadikan tempat untuk bersandar bila terasa lemah, agar tidak rebah? Bolehkah kita menjadi bahu untuk dia sandarkan harapan? Sesekali jadilah kawan yang mendengar dari yang hanya bercerita.
Ambillah masa untuk memahami hati dan perasaan sahabat kita, kerana dia juga seorang manusia, dia juga ada rasa takut, ada rasa...bimbang, sedih dan kecewa. Dia juga ada kelemahan dan dia juga perlukan kawan sebagai kekuatan. Jadilah kita kawannya itu. Kita selalu melihat dia ketawa, tetapi mungkin sebenarnya dia tidak setabah yang kita sangka. Di sebalik senyumannya itu, mungkin banyak cerita sedih yang ingin diluahkan, di sebalik ketenangannya, mungkin tersimpan seribu kekalutan...kita tidak tahu...tetapi jika kita cuba jadi sahabat seperti dia, mungkin kita akan tahu. Jika anda bersahabat, bersiaplah untuk berkorban demi sahabat anda.
Jika anda bermusuhan dengan sahabat anda, bersiaplah untuk mengalah demi persahabatan kalian. Rasa hormat tidak selalu membawa kepada persahabatan, tetapi persahabatan tidak akan ada tanpa rasa hormat. Ini merupakan salah satu hal yg membuatkan sesuatu persahabatan itu lebih berharga daripada cinta.

12.00 noon - “da”
“napa mak?”
“ndak payah lah kamu p sini. Kalu c maity beranak sja lah kamu p sini. Belum apa2 lagi dia ni. Petang ni mama balik kg, besok pagi balik lagi sini”
wah! Aku bakal jadi makcik lah.. malamnya aku tak dapat tidur memikirkan bakal anak buah yang akan lahir...lelaki ke perempuan? Aku tak kisah asalkan my sis n her baby sihat.
09 Julai 07 (Isnin)
7.15 a.m – di tempat kerja
setiap jam aku bertanyakan khabar mengenai adik aku. Menurut mak aku, my sis belum ada tanda2 sakit nak bersalin. Dah dimasukkan air dalam badan dan tunggu..
selepas dari kerja aku bersiap dan terus ke hospital wif my another sis n my cousin yang baru sampai dari kk. Kira-kira jam 6.30 p.m kami sampai dan terus ke wad bersalin. Lama juga kami tunggu sehinggalah tamat masa melawat. makcikku temankan my sis di dalam bilik bersalin so kami tak risau.
Lebih kurang jam 8 p.m kami balik rumah utk makan dan berehat…chewah mcm je menunggu tu penat sgt.. Lebih kurang 8.38 p.m aku trima sms menyatakan my sis selamat melahirkan bayi lelaki…syukur puji Tuhan..

7.30 a.m harini lewat sikit masuk kerja..bersembang hingga larut malam semalam ditambah lagi cuaca hujan yg nyaman..payah nak bangun awal bila hujan pagi2 ni..sejuk oh..
12.30 noon - still at office. Tak sempat lah tgk muka anak buah aku..mm.. takpe lah nanti hujung minggu ni aku blk kg tgk anak buah pertama dalam keluarga. Tentu my daddy gembira..
7.30 a.m – sedang diulit mimpi n tgh syok peluk bantal…tit tit ti..Bunyi tepon plak..mmm..sape plak ni.
“ello?” eh! Sms plak….”kak, maity masuk hospital arini.”
alamak apasal plak adik aku masuk hospital?
“ello ika”
“ ya kak?”
“napa maity?”
“mau beranak sudah”
“eik! Bukan hujung bulan ni ka?”
“ndak tau. Dia sakit2 perut sudah tu dari semalam. Kami tunggu saja ni”
“oh bah”
10.45 a.m – “ya kak”
“ camana sudah?”
“belum lagi tu, ok2 sudah c maity tu”
